FAQ

Common questions about the initial consultation.

The three most common questions we receive before a first conversation.

Is an initial consultation free?

Yes. The first 30-minute conversation is free and without obligation. Together we clarify whether and how we can help — no sales pressure.

How quickly will I hear back?

We respond within one business day by email or phone. For urgent matters you can reach us directly Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00 CET.

What documents do I need for the first call?

None. A short description of your request is enough. If available, process sketches, screenshots of existing systems, or a requirements document help us — but they are not required.
